Why we created Flourish:
Flourish began with two doulas and moms who shared a deep passion for empowering and supporting mothers. What started as a conversation grew into a vision — and now, it turned into a two-day event.
Flourish is a holistic wellness expo created with you in mind. It was designed for mothers and families in every season of life. Whether you have homebirthed, are currently living a holistic lifestyle, are a seasoned homesteader, or are curious about holistic parenting, Flourish is a space where you will learn, grow, and connect with like-minded people.
This is the first annual Expo — and we’d be honored to have you with us from the beginning. Come connect, learn, and flourish with us.
Meet the founders:
Jessica is a doula and mom of 1. Her mission is to empower and support expectant and new mothers on their extraordinary journey through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Jessica’s commitment is unwavering, focused on delivering nurturing and evidence-based care that respects each family's unique needs and desires. Over the last four years, she immersed herself in the world of holistic healthcare at a Chiropractic and Functional Medicine office. It was during this time that her passion took root, and the transformative power of holistic care became evident. Motherhood then ignited a flame in Jessica’s life. She pursued her doula training, followed by IBCLC — to become a board-certified lactation consultant. Jessica’s goal is to create a space where mothers feel empowered, informed, and supported as they navigate the transformative stages of motherhood.
Mallory is a holistic homebirth and postpartum doula, and mother of 2, devoted to helping women reclaim birth as a sacred rite of passage. She is a Manifestor, full of magical and innovative new ideas, which she brings into the space of her clients and audience. Not only is she a certified birth and postpartum doula, but also has certifications in functional nutrition, Neuro Linguistics Programming, Life and Success Coaching, EFT Tapping, Reiki, Hypnosis, and Time Techniques. Through her unique set of skills and expertise, she blends nervous system tools, functional nutrition, mindset alchemy, and ancestral wisdom to support moms in preparing for birth with confidence and unshakeable inner peace. Her ultimate mission is to help mothers and women tap into their inner wisdom to do what they were made to do, no matter what season they are in or what they are experiencing. Clients will be supported, their space held, and educated to make more informed decisions, which will ultimately leave them with a much better experience!
What people can expect:
Wondering what you have to look forward to at the Flourish Wellness Expo? You will get to meet and shop with our local holistic vendors, support small businesses, and get a taste for healthy food. Furthermore, you will get to learn from seasoned birth workers, postpartum experts, functional practitioners, talk with therapists and mental health specialists, and listen to topics ranging from free-birthing and attachment- based infant feeding and sleep, and so much more. There will be activities for children of all ages, a workout with PureBarre, and a meditation sound bath experience for moms. You love giveaways and prizes? We have you covered! Each VIP ticket holder will receive an exclusive swag bag, filled with goodies one could ever dream of!

At the heart of Flourish, our desire is to do more than just inform people, we want to inspire them to change the world.
